Let me introduce you to Lark View Care Home.

My name is George, and I’m really pleased to have joined Lark View after eight years working within another home in the same group. I bring with me 16 years of experience across a variety of care home roles, and I specialise in Dementia Care, which is something I’m very passionate about.

Lark View is a lovely, homely care community where residents are supported to live life in the way that suits them best. It’s a place where dignity, independence, and kindness are at the heart of everything. There’s a real focus on person-centred care, and on making each day meaningful, whether that’s through shared mealtimes, activities, or simply spending time together having a chat.

I’m excited to be part of a home that puts so much emphasis on both excellent care and creating a true sense of belonging. I’m really looking forward to being part of the journey as Lark View continues to grow and develop.
