    George has joined Lark View after 8 years at another home in the group. He has worked in a variety of roles in the care home setting over the last 16 years and specialises in Dementia Care. He is looking forward to a new adventure with the residents and team at Lark View as we continue to grow and develop the community.

    Sarah joined the home in July 2024 as Clinical Lead. She is a Registered adult nurse with experience in Acute, Community and Hospice care, most recently working for the Integrated Care Board (ICB) formally the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), where she held the role of Clinical Nurse Specialist. Whilst working at the ICB she led a team of nurses completing complex care assessments and developing comprehensive care plans. Sarah is looking forward to bringing these skills to Lark View and has exciting plans to enhance current practice to ensure the needs of our residents and staff are met.

    Arron is our second chef with 16 years of experience in the catering industry. Arron enjoys making good nutritious food, and is passionate about supporting our residents with their dietary requirements and food preferences.

    Amie has worked in healthcare in a range of settings for the last five years. She has recently graduated with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and specialises in all aspects of wellbeing. Amie has a genuine passion for supporting people to get the most out of life.

    Kirstie is a Registered Mental Health Nurse who has previous experience working in Mental Health, Learning Disability, and elderly Dementia Care. Kirstie aims to provide a high level of holistic care and support to our residents.

    Pete has over 20 years experience as a builder along with 15 years in the Firebrigade.  He enjoys working at Lark View as each day is predictably unpredictable but, his favourite part of the role is supporting residents to personalise their rooms to make them feel at home.
