Beth previously worked as an administrator in a care home, managing all aspects of the role from human resources to resident admissions. Beth is very excited to be joining Lark View care home as this is the environment she enjoys working in and is looking forward to meeting all our new residents and welcoming them to our home.
Arron is our second chef with 16 years of experience in the catering industry. Arron enjoys making good nutritious food, and is passionate about supporting our residents with their dietary requirements and food preferences.
Amie has worked in healthcare in a range of settings for the last five years. She has recently graduated with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and specialises in all aspects of wellbeing. Amie has a genuine passion for supporting people to get the most out of life.
Kirstie is a Registered Mental Health Nurse who has previous experience working in Mental Health, Learning Disability, and elderly Dementia Care. Kirstie aims to provide a high level of holistic care and support to our residents.
Debbie is one of our Care Assistants here at Lark View Care Home. People often describe Debbie as a happy bubbly person, and she always puts 110% into her job.
Sylwia is originally from Poland and has joined our team as a Care Assistant. Sylwia credits her life for giving her lots of moments to teach her how to care for people and is delighted to be able to use this experience in her role here. Sylwia enjoys meeting new residents and creating beautiful memories together.
Steph is one of our Care Assistants and has worked in care for 4 years. With a great passion for her line of work, Steph enjoys caring for people, and making everyone smile is the best part of her day.
Pete has over 20 years experience as a builder along with 15 years in the Firebrigade. He enjoys working at Lark View as each day is predictably unpredictable but, his favourite part of the role is supporting residents to personalise their rooms to make them feel at home.
